Once a booking has been made the automated payment system will send an email confirming receipt of payment.
Check-in time is 15.00.
Check-out time is 11.00
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. The balance is due 6 weeks prior to the arrival date.
Payment can be made online via credit or debit card. Alternatively if you would like to use bank transfer or cheque then please contact us using the “Contact” page.
If you need to cancel we will make every effort to re-book the dates so that we can give you a full refund (given enough notice we can generally do this). However if we are unable to re-book the dates the following cancellation charges apply:

Two weeks or less 85%
Three weeks or less 60%
Four weeks or less 40%
Five Weeks or less 30%
Note: Cancellations made outside of any specified periods will be charged the deposit only.
